A versatile professional in medicine, Reiki, psychoanalysis, and entrepreneurship, she overcame personal challenges and recovered from a serious illness, inspiring her mission. As a counselor and trainer of 700+ professionals, Yoko remains dedicated to promoting happiness and well-being worldwide.

Masao Kano, one of the three Chief Instructors at the Japan Reiki Association, highlights the link between lifestyle and healing depth. His holistic journey began with psychology in 1996, Usui Reiki in 1999, and traditional Thai massage in 2005. Recognized for his dedication, he became a certified teacher in 2013 and an Osaka branch instructor in 2014.

Reiki training and recognition through the Japan Reiki Association
Reiki Level 3
上級
Completion Certificate
Level 2 introduces giving Reiki to others. In Level 3, students deepen their practice and develop the confidence to offer Reiki sessions beyond the classroom. On completing the class, they receive a Level 3 completion certificate from the Japan Reiki Association.
Shihan
師範
Reiki Master Teacher
Shihan are certified teachers who have completed the Japan Reiki Association’s teacher training and assessments. They guide students through learning and practising Reiki.
Therapist

Reiki Therapist
The Reiki Therapist course offers further, focused training for practitioners who wish to deepen their skills in providing Reiki sessions.
